Jeffrey A. Nerenberg has been a successful Philadelphia plaintiff’s attorney for more than fifteen (15) years and is the founding partner of the law firm of Nerenberg Law Associates, P. C. Mr. Nerenberg has handled thousands of motor vehicle, slip and fall, work accidents and homeowners’ claims throughout the years. He has resolved many cases for more than $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 and has numerous settlements in the range of $100,000.00. Mr. Nerenberg focuses his practice mainly in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties of Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester Counties. His law firm also represents clients in New Jersey and in Central Pennsylvania.

Mr. Nerenberg is a frequent lecturer to various professional groups and organizations on topics ranging from automobile, slip and fall and Workers’ Compensation law, to topics including how to purchase auto, home and life insurance.

Mr. Nerenberg’s philosophy is to handle each client with a “personal touch” and directly speak to each client throughout the case. Mr. Nerenberg is married to Alyson Nerenberg who is a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice located in Chestnut Hill, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Penn State University and the Widener University School of Law.

Thomas J. Gibbons joined Nerenberg Law Associates, P.C. in 2007 and focuses his practice on personal injury litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he spent two years litigating criminal matters with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, followed by several years litigating personal injury and construction defect matters as both plaintiff and defense counsel. He now represents plaintiffs exclusively.

Mr. Gibbons received his B.A. in Political Science from Bloomsburg University, where he was a faculty-appointed tutor and teaching assistant for the Constitutional Law and Political Science Departments and a member of the Political Science National Honor Society. Thereafter, he received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Journal of Practical and Clinical Law and where he received several awards for excellence for his trial and appellate advocacy skills.

Mr. Gibbons is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association, and he resides in Montgomery County with his wife and son.

		Anthony C. Gagliano, III, a law clerk at Nerenberg Law Associates, P.C. since 2004, is a student at Widener University School of Law and is scheduled to receive his Juris Doctor in May 2008. He is also a judicial extern to the Honorable Maurino J. Rossanese, a Senior Administrative Judge at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Norristown, PA, and he is a member of American Bar Association and the Justinian Society.

Mr. Gagliano received a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Joseph’s University, where he was a member the social fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha, the Saint Joseph’s Pre-Law Society, and numerous University sponsored community outreach projects. He remains active in his involvement with the University through his affiliation with the Saint Joseph’s University Law Alumni Chapter. Mr. Gagliano resides in Montgomery County, PA.
