Mayfair Multi-Car Crash Causes Fatality and Four Injuries

April 9, 2018

Multi-car crash

On Sunday morning, a multi-car crash in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania occurred and caused a fatality and a spate of personal injuries for four victims. The fatal car accident took place around 6:49 am involving three vehicles. One woman succumbed to her fatal injuries at the scene of the multi-car crash while a 34-year-old man sustained a leg fracture, and a 62-year-old man incurred a head injury. Two other passengers received medical treatment for minor injuries.

Oftentimes, a multi-vehicle accident stems from a single car crash that causes multiple collisions. Drivers may fail to use caution when driving near the initial accident or may be distracted by the fallout after the crash, which may lead to more motor vehicle accidents. The results for accidents of this nature may bring devastating outcomes including fatalities and a host of personal injuries for any parties involved.
